Ember & Stone was born from a simple belief — the best food in the world comes from fire, time, and respect for the ingredient. Our chefs trained across the Mediterranean coast: Lisbon, Naples, Beirut, Athens.

Every dish begins with a question: what is perfect right now? We source daily from Hudson Valley farms, partner with Atlantic fishermen, and import the wines personally each season. Nothing frozen. Nothing compromised.
